Description of the house
NID PERDU
(the lost nest)
The house.
Located less than 100 metres away from a fine sand beach, the house is equipped for 6 persons.
It is arranged on 2 floors.
The half-buried sub-floor houses a garage of 35 m², where you can find the electrical switch panel and the water boiler, as well as a big tiled space of 35 m² that was initially used as a summer kitchen and where we have now installed the washing machine. These two spaces are both lit by 2 windows.
The first floor is accessible through 2 outside stairs, which run symmetrically to the axis of the house. This is the floor where you live.
The property.
The entirely enclosed property bears the house on a ground of 500 m². There are a few trees planted in one part of the garden and the whole property is covered with grass, nesting nice umbrageous areas. The garden furniture includes a sufficiently big table for around 8 persons, 12 garden chairs and 2 sunloungers.
The beach.
You can easily reach the beach by a stair across the dune. This dune extends from the peak of the Loire to the peak of Devin, that’s to say, more than 3 kilometres fine sand. At the peak of Devin you’ll find the harbour of Morin, the nearest marina. It is designed for more than 400 ships.
The rooms to live in.
The sitting room is equipped with 2 blue alcantara sofas and a low table.
The dining room includes one table and 6 rushed chairs. You can watch TV from the TV set receiving the major French channels either from the sitting room or the dining room. A DVD player and a radio complete this audio-video set.
The kitchen is a built-in kitchen. It is equipped with many high and low cupboards, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a micro-wave, a sink, an extraction hood, a refrigerator/freezer and the required associated kitchen equipment (dishes, glasses, cutlery, mixers, coffee machine, …).
One bedroom on the garden side with a double bed, two bedside tables, two bedside lamps, a dresser with 4 drawers and a clothes rail.
A second bedroom also on the garden side includes the same furniture as the first one.
A third bedroom on the road side « rue de la Martinière » (very low traffic) includes 2 bunk beds and a dresser with 4 drawers.
The bathroom.
One bathroom with a large shower (100X70) including the bathroom furniture with mirrors and 2 basins, a panel-type towel radiator, a wardrobe and multiple largely dimensioned shelves.
The toilettes are separated from the bathroom.
